Announcement of establishment of Nagoya Institute of Technology Expansion Platform, Inc.

Tokyo, July 28, 2020 – Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. (IGPI) has together with national university corporation Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech) established Nagoya Institute of Technology Expansion Platform, Inc. (NITEP).

NITEP will fully utilize the knowledge of NITech, which possesses high-level advanced research and technological capabilities in the fields of chemistry, materials science and information science, and IGPI, which has a track record of providing corporate and management support, to promote the social implementation and incubation of advanced technologies including joint research, education/training/human resources development and startup support.

Upon the establishment of NITEP, IGPI’s Partner Takayoshi Kawakami has assumed the post of CEO while Aiko Mochizuki and Toshinari Furusawa took the post of director at the new company. Osamu Eryu, an executive director at NITech, is scheduled to become advisor.
