Hidetaka Sasai worked at Sumitomo Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) before joining the management consulting firm Bain & Company where, from offices in Tokyo and San Francisco, Mr. Sasai provided clients with consulting services across a wide range of issues, including growth strategies, M&A, and business revitalization. Mr. Sasai joined Hewlett-Packard Development Company in Japan after its 2003 merger with Compaq, where he restructured businesses as the executive in charge of the companyfs efforts to market PCs and servers to large Japanese clients. In 2004, Mr. Sasai participated in the restructuring of Japan Colin (now Omron Colin Co., Ltd.). Mr. Sasai joined IGPI after serving as CEO and President of Omron Colin for four years. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo and received his MBA from Columbia University.
