After 15 years of recent recession, the issue of achieving sustainable prosperity is becoming more difficult and more essential for Japanfs economy, especially in the face of the 21st centuryfs intensifying competition and the countryfs declining population. This is an issue that must be faced head-on. Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. (IGPI), is a professional services firm established on the basis of an innovative concept: Drawing on the experience and expertise it has amassed in the course of its own business activities as well as in providing many companies with support for business growth and revitalization, the company serves as a point of interconnection for management and corporate governance support.

The role of corporate and business value is to allow a firm to maintain and expand sustainable earnings, and its success or failure depends more than anything on the underlying strength of its human resources and managementfs capability to draw out that strength. With the increasing emphasis on knowledge and the shift to human capital as the source of profit accelerating in the 21st century, the securement of top-quality human resources needs to keep pace on the front lines and in the executive offices of business, as well as for the benefit of investors concerned with corporate governance.

IGPI addresses problems in a wide range of business and financial areas, sending in representatives to personally enter various top-, middle-, and line-management environments. Management and management personnel are developed and improved, in cooperation with the client firms, as well as the clientsf business entities. Because IGPI wishes to become a platform for upgrading the quality of the management practices and the personnel needed for sustainable economic growth, gIndustrial Growth Platformh was selected as the company name.

IGPI provides management support through the provision of human resources, offering a new professional service model that entails sharing with client firms and their principle stakeholders the long-term risks associated with achieving sustainable growth in value. The company believes this new model is unique throughout the world. However, the new problems that the corporate world faces in the 21st century require truly creative solutions. IGPI is determined to create these solutions in Japan, and introduce them throughout the world. The company will continue to pursue these goals adamantly in the course of its daily activities.
